An inflatable hot tub has become an affordable luxury but how do you know if an inflatable hot tub is right for you?

One of the best advantages of an inflatable hot tub beyond its moderate price range is its ability to be set up in almost any indoor or outdoor location, then moved to another location when the mood strikes. There are no special electrical or plumbing requirements necessary to set up an inflatable hot tub unlike a traditional hard-sided hot tub, although it is helpful to be close to an electrical outlet and a water source for filling the tub. Maintenance is relatively easy and doesn’t require a lot of instructions or special skills.

Instead of waiting days or weeks for a contractor to finish installing a hard-sided hot tub, an inflatable hot tub can be ready to enjoy in a matter of a few hours. Among the few downsides to owning an inflatable hot tub is its small size which can accommodate only 2 or 3 people at most, and the more rapid cool-down of the tub water once the heater is shut off.

To get the most amount of enjoyment and least amount of hassle when purchasing an inflatable hot tub, there are several guidelines to follow. Choose a recognized brand that offers a warranty and good construction that won’t easily rip or tear. Make sure the unit you select comes with a built-in pump for quick and easy installation. You may also want to pay a bit extra for a model that includes interior seating so you don’t have to sit on the floor of the hot tub. Be sure to purchase a unit with a cover that will protect the interior and the water when not in use.

Find a showroom where you can see the inflatable hot tub in action and possibly test out the experience yourself. Ask your hot tub vendor about the maintenance supplies necessary to keep the hot tub water sparkling clean and free from bacteria. Ask about the energy costs for heating the water. Find out ahead of time if your hot tub vendor handles inflatable hot tub repairs or must the unit be serviced by the manufacturer.

An investment in an inflatable hot tub can provide hours of soothing comfort and enjoyment. Write out your wish list of features that are an absolute necessity, then go see some showroom models in operation. Most dealers are happy to provide potential customers with references of other customers who have been happy with their inflatable hot tub purchase.

Almost everyone enjoys relaxing in a hot tub. Wouldn’t it be nice to have one of your own? But hot tubs are very expensive and not everyone can afford to buy one. Until now that is. The inflatable hot tub costs thousands of dollars less than a hard tub. They also save you money because they are cost efficient. They don’t use a lot of water or electricity. And they are so much easier to maintain than a hard hot tub.

There are some disadvantages in owning an inflatable hot tub over a hard tub. They are round and smaller, although there are a few square models sold, they are not as durable, and they are not as fancy looking as a hard hot tub. But the advantages of owning an inflatable hot tub far out-weigh the disadvantages.

They are portable. You can try them in several different places at your house, unlike a hard hot tub. They are easily inflated and deflated and do no take long to fill with water. And they heat quickly because they are not as big. They can also be taken with you on vacation or to a friends’ party.

Often, the inflatable hot tub will seat up to only four people. But this would be great if you are the only one using it. And just think of those romantic evenings with your special loved one, relaxing in your very own hot tub. The intimacy is definitely invaluable in an inflatable hot tub.

Another advantage in owning an inflatable hot tub is that when you are not going to be using it, you can just deflate it and store it away until you’re ready to use it again. This takes a lot of the stress of owning a hot tub away because you don’t have to worry about taking care of it while it’s not in use.

You can have the same satisfaction in your inflatable hot tub as your neighbor who purchased and in ground hot tub, but you get the satisfaction in knowing that you spent thousands of dollars less and you can move yours around from place to place. And his has to stay outside to endure the harsh weather while yours can be stored away until better weather comes.

Do you dream of coming home after a long day of work and relaxing in warm water as air jets massage the stress of the day away? Or perhaps you would like to enjoy a romantic evening in a hot tub with your romantic partner. No matter your reason for wanting a hot tub, luxury is now more affordable and convenient than ever with the purchase of an inflatable hot tub. Hot tubs that you can inflate and deflate are growing in popularity.

One of the biggest draws to purchasing an inflatable hot tub is the price. Inflatable hot tubs are often several thousand dollars less than traditional hot tubs. You also save money with a hot tub that is inflatable because you do not have to pay a contractor to install the hot tub for you. Set up is a breeze, and they just as easy to deflate as they are to inflate.

One of the best advantages is that because the hot tub is inflatable, it is also portable. You can take the hot tub wherever you go. It can be placed indoors or outdoors. If you move, it is very easy to take your hot tub with you since you can just deflate it, pack it, and transport it with you. People who rent their homes or apartments can enjoy the fun and convenience of an inflatable, portable hot tub. It can be taken to a friend’s house for a party, to your summer beach house rental, or wherever you desire.

A drawback to inflatable hot tubs is that they are most commonly available in a circular shape. However, there are a few inflatable, square-shaped hot tubs that are sold. The inflatable hot tubs are also smaller in size than traditional hot tubs, often seating up to only four people. On the flip side, this could be seen as an advantage if you are the only one who uses it. In addition, the smaller size can make for a romantic setting for an intimate evening in the hot tub with a special someone. The smaller size also means it uses less energy.

There are disadvantages to buying an inflatable hot tub, but they are easily outweighed by the advantages. Hot tubs that are inflatable are less expensive than traditional hot tubs, they are portable and can be taken wherever you wish, and they are easier to maintain.

Inflatable hot tubs are definitely the hot tub lover’s dream. For many people, it is the key to making owning a hot tub a reality. Though this is a product that many people are able to afford, it is important to be aware of the pros and cons of owning one.

A major advantage to owning an inflatable hot tub is, of course, the price. They can be thousands of dollars cheaper than buying a hard tub. Another advantage is that they can be set up almost anywhere. This is an added lure to making the decision to buy the less expense hot tub. With a hard hot tub, one may need to have a place built to store it, such as a deck. And to ensure proper wiring, an electrician may have to be hired. These are expenses which are added to the cost of buying the hard tub. These two points alone are a few reasons why owning an inflatable hot tub is such a strong attraction for many people.

Inflatable hot tubs are also desirable because of the ease of installation. Most come with a motorized air pump or are self-inflating. The set up time is relatively short, most can be ready within an hour. This ease of setting up also makes portability an option. Many people like the ability of being able to transport the hot tub to any location. If a friend is having a party then one can always say, ‘I’ll bring the hot tub!” and be the hit of the party!

There are disadvantages to owning an inflatable hot tub, but they are few. Since the tubs are small, they really don’t hold a lot of people. This may not be a problem for a small family or a small get-together. Another disadvantage is that there is not as much insulation around the tub as what a hard tub has. This means that the water will cool off faster when the heater is turned off.

Inflatable hot tubs are less expensive because they are made relatively simply. Depending on the brand, the electrical system, pumps, and filters may not be made for long term usage. The same can be said for leakage or tearing. It is very important to pay attention to the warranty before one buys an inflatable hot tub. Always consider a warranty of one year or longer and preferably with a return policy.
